Use Cases and Deployment Scope

Currently we use iSolved for payroll only.

Pros and Cons

iSolved is on top of real-time changes in the tax laws giving us peace of mind that it will be accurately done.
Having a customer service representative assigned to us means she understands our specific needs and can quickly assist with questions.
iSolved continuously upgrades its services and capabilities, but we appreciate not being pressured to add modules until we are ready to do so.

Because our employees rarely access iSolved (to their detriment) they seem to find it not very user friendly when they finally try to log in.

Return on Investment

Ease of use for the payroll module and being able to review it prior to submitting means no re-runs which would cost extra.

iSolved's customer service is far, far superior, as Gusto takes a couple of weeks to get back to us when we have an issue, but iSolved takes care of it within a day. Of course, Gusto is much less expensive.
