We use isolved to onboard new employees, store employee data for reporting, process payroll and pay taxes and to track employee time and accruals

- The onboarding module is an excellent way to gather information
- The new Adaptive Employee Experience is easy to navigate
- The time keeping system is complicated because we are required to cut off the timecards on the 14th of the month but most of our employees are salaried, paid for the entire month on the 25th of the month.

We had been with ADP for years prior to converting to isolved. The key reasons for the transition were reporting and customer service. The conversions team at isolved setup custom reports that met all of our needs and our customer service rep was the BEST! If she wasn't available, she would always follow-up to make sure we received the help we needed.
