Overall Satisfaction with isolved

This is used primarily for payroll. We started using the benefit portal this year (2021), but recently moved to another platform more designed for benefits. It is only used by HR.
  • Our Strategic Relationship Manager is awesome
  • I like that they have started updating their platforms to keep it current
  • I am not impressed with the customer service team. I bypass and go directly to our Relationship Manager.
  • Ease of keying payroll
  • There is so much to explore in isolved. We are not even using the tip of the iceberg!
I believe that isolved has a ways to go to get to the top performers such as ADP and PayChex. isolved and Heartland Payroll are very similar in platform (have used Heartland prior).

Yes

For keying payroll, it is easy to set-up your own views for ease of keying. Because 70% of our staff are in the field working with no cell service, and cell phones are not allowed in the field due to the nature of our business, we are unable to utilize the timeclock feature.

isolved Support

My Relationship Manager is awesome and gets moving on thing ASAP. The customer service team is hard to reach and I believe info gets lost in translation. Hard to communicate with noreply email addresses.
