Overall Satisfaction with isolved

We use the basic payroll function. Our employees self-serve their demographic data changes and add their certifications.
  • Tailored to allow us to upload a spreadsheet for each payroll.
  • Easy process to enter data exceptions each payroll.
  • Good reports format.
  • Our support team is helpful.
  • Organize and consolidate reports--there are too many and the one I need, I cannot find myself.
  • Improve turnaround of support response, especially on payroll submission days.
  • Accuracy.
  • Payroll processing time.
  • Willing to work with us if we get too close to a submit deadline.
  • Help with specific issues such as journal entry after processing, ERC, ARPA.
  • Reasonable fee for the service.
  • Efficient workflow helps my productivity; has been consistently good even with growth of about 10% per year.
isolved (we signed on with Proxus) has a more sophisticated platform and support network.
