Overall Satisfaction with isolved
isolved is our current HRIS system and we also integrated isolved Hire as our ATS in the last two years. We utilize the platform for time and attendance, payroll, and benefits. Prior to the implementation, everything was a very manual process and outsourced to a PEO. Bringing it in-house provided controls and visibility.
- Manage the PTO process.
- Reporting, many standard reports and report writer to customize per our needs.
- Simplifying compliance aspects - OSHA 300 logs and EEO to name a couple.
- The new interface timecard - we would like more details without having to click multiple times.
- Looking forward to the app going away and just having the web browser for our field personnel.

Each had similarities but our team was familiar with isolved because we had done a conversion 6 months previously so we elected to not switch platforms but selected a new partner. The new user interface in beta currently has a better look and feel.
