Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use iSolved for payroll services only. We have 3 main users for payroll with staff logging into to retrieve paystubs only. I would recommend the platform as we have very few issues with payroll. It meets the needs of our organization.

My main concerns are with the customer service. We have a tough time getting responses to questions/concerns and seem to have trouble connecting with a knowledgeable representative. This has improved as recently as this week though. I was able to speak to 2 representatives that understood my questions and are working to find the answers and detail we need.

I feel the platform is very user-friendly. We run payroll for @ 65 without the need for support. I would love to see the report writer function include instructions (more than the webinars) or become more user-friendly. I have a difficult time generating reports that will populate with the information I need such as a simple census or even a more in-depth payroll data report which we need to provide for our 401(k) and insurance brokers. It seems like there should be a format where we could just drag items and sample the display when creating reports.
