Overall Satisfaction with isolved

We are a small business and Isolved has been a huge help with payroll, employee handbooks and any other concerns that I might have in regards to employment. They have a great source for me when it comes to questions that I might have about payroll, taxes and employment items that I am not sure about. Any time that I have called, the personal have been great to deal with.

Paydata is a small firm here in Hartford. They do not have the resources or the reports that I was in need of. I do not like Paychex nor ADP. They are very pushy in person and on the phone.

They were very helpful when I posted the wrong hours for a couple of my employees. They answered my questions and while I was on the phone they correct my mistake. They always make me feel comfortable enough to always ask the for help without feeling silly about any questions that I might have. I plan on staying with Isolved for a long time.
