Overall Satisfaction with isolved

We use isolved for all of our HR record keeping, payroll, and benefits. I would say our biggest issue has been not receiving customer support that actually want to help completely. I leave still feeling confused on the subject - unless it's with ..., he's literally the best and makes everything so simple to understand especially if you're new to HR.
  • Lots of people on deck to help (although it's a little muddy knowing who does what responsibility).
  • Platform organization
  • User friendly, but hard to navigate at times.
  • Certain customer support specialists could be more well trained in my opinion.
  • Onboarding organization and support
