Overall Satisfaction with isolved
Initially isolved was to handle payroll and Time & Attendance, but we are now utilizing it more and more for HR, compliance tracking, etc.
Pros
- Dedicated customer service team
- A lot of learning opportunities (webinars, learning portal, in person events)
- Regular communication of the system offerings, updates, upgrades, etc
Cons
- There are so many add-ons that it can be overwhelming to grasp all that's available (or what isn't part of our package)
- Some of the new features sound great - but once your implemented, it seems anything new is costly
- Customer service is good, but has room for improvement. Communication can lag at busy times of the year (year-end, especially)
- Reduced errors when we had employees move out of state and had to add payroll services for those states
- Employee satisfaction for the portal to look up pay stubs, W2's etc
- Ease of use for the HR team to see all employee documents in one program
