Overall Satisfaction with isolved
isolved is used to track employees hours/pay and benefits for our company. A problem we had was the need to separate out data for all of our individual sites and isolved was able to assign "locations" we link employees to so accurate data can be collected. It helps create more financials for us to have a better financial picture of our company.
- Customer service is wonderful
- Custom reports have been most helpful to get the information we need
- The ability to assign locations for us to get specific financial information for our sites
- The site seems to be down or glitch more often than we'd like
- The onboarding tools have significantly reduced manual labor for our HR team
- We are able to examine financials in a more detailed way because of isolved's ability for us to break out sites payroll financials within our company
