Overall Satisfaction with isolved
We mostly use isolved for payroll, onboarding, applicant tracking, and time clock. We wanted to bring all HR functions in house and Isolved was a very user friendly and affordable option for our smaller company.

- Onboarding - easy for employees
- Applicant tracking
- make other platforms more useful for smaller companies - for example - Share and Perform
- Some products are so robust that they aren't as easy to use as they should be. The training for share and perform was overwhelming and I don't think my employees would use it
- The reporting functions could be a little more user friendly
- Reduced payroll issues and errors
- Paper free
- time savings for HR
The AI tool for applicant tracking is awesome! A big time saver.
