Overall Satisfaction with isolved

We have approximately 280 employees and we use isolved from the start of the onboarding process through the entire payroll process. We have union and non-union employees We use the time clock feature as well, that helps with our hourly employees The benefits we offer as well as the 401k are all very easy to set up. The isolved direct deposit system is great.

I have always received wonderful customer service from the isolved team, either by phone or by email. I have a Personal customer account representative that handles my account, but I have also had great customer service from the other members of the customer service team that isolved offers. isolved has a very friendly and knowledgeable staff.

When a situation occurs where you may need a customized report, the isolved team works quickly to get the report you need, the way you need it. I love that you have a specific isolved representative with a direct number when you need immediate assistance, you can either call or email and you receive a case number and the isolved team acts immediately. Also, my isolved representative sets up a monthly meeting just to touch base to make sure we are happy with the service and is ready to address any of our business needs.
