Overall Satisfaction with isolved
We use isolved for our weekly Payroll needs as well as for our WOTC tax program and electronic onboarding. isolved has saved us time (and money) with its integrations, efficiencies and exceptional customer service. Everyone at isolved is so helpful any time we have a question. Their customer service is second to none. They are very knowledgeable!

iSolved efficiency and effectiveness of their HR team is top notch. They are so knowledgeable and even have an entire University available to to learn more about processes as well as step-by-step how-to guides.
I've used a couple other payroll products in the past......they do not rise up to the efficiencies and top notch customer support isolved does.

Evaluating isolved and Competitors
Yes - We use to have ADP WorkforceNow before we switched to isolved. We replaced them because we were experiencing a lot of errors because with ADP it was a manual process which took a lot of time. With isolved we were able to integrate with our current HRIS system which save us time and money!
