Overall Satisfaction with isolved

isolved fully encompasses the employee experience within our organization. We have fully implemented it with the applicant tracking/recruiting efforts including sending employees onboarding paperwork through the integration, offboarding procedures, benefits management and enrollment and much more. It has allowed us to transition to a more digital rather than paper organizational system allowing us to better support our managers in employee needs.

  • 100% Company Adoption. Everyone who is onboarding with the company has a basic understanding of how to navigate and use the program to the fullest extent that they would like.
Our dedicated customer support representative meets with our entire team once a month. This position has changed quite frequently though through promotions within isolved which creates inconsistency
The system allows any user with client access to jump anywhere to support the team allowing ease of transition of duties during absences and technical difficulties.

Manual Employee Onboarding, AEE for employees to change and review personal information, easy benefit enrollment.

isolved has room to improve in terms of the rehire process, searching for duplicate employees (rehires), premade support guides available to employees etc.
