Overall Satisfaction with isolved

We have happily been working with isolved for over 4 years. We currently use the HR/Onboarding software and Payroll. Not sure of any current problems that we are having with the company or the software. Believe me if there was, we would be doing something to fix it quickly. We have over 235 employees in our 7 companies and process 18 payrolls a month. I have a wonderful CSR Teresa and along with her team they take care of my needs so that I can do my job with ease. I am on the site every day, at least 50% of my workload depends on this site being in good working order. It is very easy to use, and the Reporting Database is top notch! I would definitely recommend this company to anyone in the market for all your HR/Payroll needs.

Cons

  • Reminders/Notes to staff through the app that they have to read to be able to move forward to clock in or out.
  • More key words to search in the library/help desk.
  • Check boxes to delete Reports from the Que, rather than having to delete each one individually would be a nice enhancement!
  • Electronic Timecards in the app - less room for error manually figuring punch cards and better use of time management.
  • Available Reports streamline my workload - Employee data, payroll records all at the click of a button in a report. Weekly, Quarterly and Year End data is easy access for all companies on one site.
  • 90% Positive 10% negative on using personal cell phones for the app to clock in and out. Can't make everyone happy 100% of the time... we try though!
  • Positive impact on employees with the security settings on their phone. They didn't like the hassle in the beginning, but understood why it was important to protect their data.
Anytime there has been an update, we get notified well in advance. I can honestly say that anytime I have called with a software or report issue, it is solved in a timely manner, if not immediately.
There is no "I " in team, but I am a one-person department. I have to be efficient with my daily routines and I rely on isolved to keep me that way!
In the car business Reynolds is very popular program. It is however not up to date or speed with all of the HR/Payroll needs of all of our companies. Its designed more for the sales and service side of business. I get sales calls and visits weekly from all the major competitors and our receptionists know to tell them "Our HR department is very satisfied with the current vendor"

We have been with isolved for over 4 years. Our previous Payroll company of 15 years was purchased by isolved, it was very scary in the beginning, I won't sugar coat it. We have a multi-million dollar a year payroll and it is very complex. Seven companies, 235 employees and 18+ processed payrolls a month. My first payroll was put in a queue (no clue what that even meant). Several hours go by and I have submitted the other six, it's almost time to close and I had not received back the first pre-process. I didn't even know I had an anxiety level until this day, when you eat, drink and sleep thinking about your payroll. Calling every number we had been given I finally reached a team leader (who would become my life link). All I can say is from that day forward we had weekly conference calls to make sure we were taken care of and to take care of any of our concerns. I can honestly say I have one of the best CSRs the company has working for them. Hands down, this is a level 10 - 5-star rating. We are more than happy to give these #'s when they are earned.
