I USE MY EMPLOYEE ACCOUNT FOR ALL EMPLOYMENT-RELATED ITEMS- CHECK PAYSTUBS- PTO- W2s. I AM ALSO ABLE TO STAY INFORMED ON ALL BENEFITS, POLICIES, CHANGES, AND UPDATES. I CAN REFERENCE PAY HISTORY WHEN NEEDED. LOGGING IN CAN BE A MULTIPLE-STEP ORDEAL, BUT ONCE I AM LOGGED ON- IT'S GREAT.

it takes a few steps for most people to log on or have management resend a link more often than not. there is a huge difference in using the app versus online. the online site is not the best to use, it ends up taking you to the app to be able to log on

GREAT FOR PTO REQUESTS, FRUSTRATING WHEN IT TAKES WHAT FEELS LIKE 10 STEPS TO LOG ON. MOST TIMES, I HAVE TO HAVE OUR ADMINISTRATION MANAGER SEND ME A LINK AFTER MULTIPLE attempts. IT CAN BE INCONVENIENT DURING WORK OFF HOURS TO BE ABLE TO ACCESS THE INFORMATION YOU NEED. IT CAN BE BETTER.
