Overall Satisfaction with isolved

isolved is a payroll processing platform. The company I work for is hired by other companies to manage their payroll. Our clients range in size from 1 employee to hundreds, and isolved suits all of their needs. It covers pretty much every aspect of payroll processing and management, but is surprisingly user-friendly for how comprehensive it is.

Pros

  • Customizable to suit the needs and preferences of any company
  • Automates and simplifies a lot of complicated things, such as taxes, garnishments, benefits, etc.
  • Built-in support and training

Cons

  • I wish there was more integration with a few big-name companies that provide deferred comp and benefits

In my experience, isolved is well-suited for all aspects of payroll processing and management. It would be less appropriate for anything that is not payroll processing and management.
