Overall Satisfaction with IT Glue

We use IT Glue to provide secure documentation for our clients. We store standard operating procedures, passwords and device information in the portal. IT Glue allows us to document all information about our clients network in one place to make management a bit easier for our team. It also provides us a secure platform to access and share information with our clients.

IT Glue is very usable. It reminds us of when we have a client missing information and to update passwords. We have it configured to alert us when a device or configuration is about to expire. We are able to upload switch and firewall configs to devices and overall use it every day.

IT Glue is great for it providers with multiple clients that need secure data storage for network information. IT may not be suitable for small MSPs or businesses with only a single location to manage. It helps us by creating a standard we need across all of our clients for documentation.

Using IT Glue

4 - Access to data on a secure platform. Overall network documentation and procedures for each client. Standard Operating procedures and more. We track all of our information in IT Glue. IT GLue also helps us standardize the documentation across each client. We look for what fields are missing and add the data to complete each client docuementation.
4 - Attention to detail is important. You need people who document diligently and ensure to update the information after it is changed. You need people who want to complete things as there is a lot of possible information you can add in for each client on this platform. You also need to ensure permissions get set correctly.

Overall IT Glue meets every need that we need it to. IT is easy to use and convenient and we have not had very many issues with it since the inception. I would easily recommend it to anyone who needs this software.
