Campaign Performance

We're not thrilled with Iterables testing and segmenting. It's not very user friendly and it's often overly complex. We'd prefer a more streamlined solution.

Alternatives Considered

Intuit Mailchimp and Mailchimp Transactional Email (mandrill)

Iterable is leagues and bounds ahead of Mailchimp. While they definitely have room for improvement, I'm thoroughly pleased with the creative builder upgrade.

It's a real issue for me that Iterable does not allow scheduling more than 21 days out from a send. That's bizarre to me since most email marketers plan their sends quarters ahead of time. However, I do like their creative builder and platform organization. That mostly gives me what I need and it's fairly user friendly.
