Overall Satisfaction with Cisco Jabber

We use Jabber for our users who have to travel frequently. This combined with remote access tools for their computers allows them to work completely from wherever they might be. This helps significantly with business continuity and privacy for end-users so that personal cellular numbers do not need to be used.
  • Business continuity.
  • Ease of use.
  • Integration.
  • User data.
  • Internet calling.
  • Cost.
  • Strategic plan.
In this situation, the only alternative was to purchase business mobile phones for the entire department.

Cisco Firepower NGFW (formerly Sourcefire), Cisco Wireless LAN Controllers
Jabber has been awesome, it was so easy to integrate with our existing Cisco Voice over Internet Protocol system. The user data for the phone works quickly as we connect it with Jabber. Once configured it is just a matter of assigning the license. The end-users love it as do I.

Cisco Jabber Support

The support has been simple. It took a small amount of time to get it up and running, since then the only support required was to assign the license and help configure the application for the end-user. This has been a very low maintenance system to support and with a small staff, we need as many of those as possible.
