Overall Satisfaction with Webex (formerly Webex Teams)
Currently it is one solution that people have access to. Usage is not mandatory but as it works and proves itself we do see an increase in utilization naturally that tells of the product's success. So currently we have it deployed and available to all 120K employees and we are seeing more and more teams start to use it.
- Conversation history and group discussions.
- Running your Webex Meetings all from one client.
- Ease of use and simplicity of design.
- Sharing files and notes.
- The notification popup seems to be lacking. I'd like to see some better ways to turn them on or off, kind of a way to customize them.
- It's just brought us closer together. It makes collaboration a real tangible experience and during this COVID-19 crisis this has been a HUGE impact for us in staying connected.
- Tracking projects has been a bit easier when we move it outside of email.
They are responsive and knowledgable. We have great support and the tickets get responded to within the SLA window which is key for business work. Also, they have a great status page that tells you when things are working or not working and it's very accurate. status.webex.com if anyone is interested.
Right now about 10% of our 120K workforce is using it. Now remember this is with NO pushing from us, that is natural growth and if we decide on it as the platform we will use for collaboration and actually push users we would see a lot more growth. But I feel it's impressive that we have gotten that much without us saying anything. Just shows the product works well.
It came in the box. We have not integrated anything else with it so I am not sure how hard it is for other things.
Pretty much the same. But Webex Teams seemed to run a bit smoother (take less local resources) than Microsoft Teams did. So that was a pretty good selling point. Also, it's kinds of a Skype vs. Webex Meetings question. Because obviously Webex Teams works great with Webex Meetings but not great with Skype meetings and vice versa.
