Overall Satisfaction with Cisco Webex Teams

We evaluated Cisco WebEx Teams for IM features, and currently used by few (less than 10) users to interact with Cisco Teams and TAC.
  • Interact with Cisco TAC for cases.
  • Interact with Cisco teams such as Webex for follow-up of issues.
  • Use to join Webex Meetings.
  • Application integration features provided by MS Teams or Slack are missing.
  • Not very IM/chat friendly.
  • The interface for calling, spaces need to be re-defined.
  • We don't use Cisco Webex Teams extensively, only used for communication to Cisco account teams and Cisco TAC or for some research with Webex.
Support has been good and documentations are available on Cisco.com and help.webex.com for Teams, so good here.
We evaluated Webex teams, and less than 10 users access the tool for usage, mostly for interacting with Cisco account teams and Cisco TAC support.
Was very simple to integrate the Cisco Meetings with teams, for personal room.
We evaluated Cisco Webex Teams with other clients, and not currently using it. The app integrations and IM chat did not meet the requirements at the time.
It is well suited for organizations looking for all in one client for voice, video and IM. Based on our experience for evaluating, we planned it mostly for the IM chat functionality, and this did not meet our requirements.
