Overall Satisfaction with Jama Connect

We use Jama Connect mainly as Requirements Management Tool but enhancing it also for Riskmanagement (DFMEA) and Testmangement Tool due to the nice tracebility functionality

Pros

  • Useablity
  • Tracebility
  • Status and Review Center

Cons

  • Filtering function could be improved
  • Charts could be more configurable
  • Visualization of Plan/Milestones where Item types are pinned against
  • Structure Requirements
  • Frozen Program Goals
  • Proper Documentation and Change Management Handling
For us -> very effective, before we even had not a proper process of doing it properly in some areas.
