Overall Satisfaction with JazzHR
First, I had used JazzHR in my previous company and was very aware of it. We use it in many ways and also have built our own integration to Salesforce. We are a consulting firm so we post jobs which could be for internal hire needs or needs we have to satisfy our clients. We use JazzHR to help us track if we are satisfying the sales needs with the recruiting team efforts.
Pros
- I love JazzHR as you are not limited on job postings and it goes out to 20+ job sites
- I find setting it up is easy and you are not limited with the number of categories you can create so you can search for candidates in the system easily in the future
- I like that you can tailor your workflow to your organization. We have a lot of different terms we use in the acquisition process which allows us to understand the candidate in the future when we look at them.
Cons
- Searching the site for candidates could be a little easier but it isn't too bad.
- I have been an administrator and a user and I think the user should have more access to some of the administrator functions; like adding categories.
- It has a positive ROI as we have filled more open roles than in the past.
- We are able to track sales efforts against recruiting efforts.
- We have grown our internal roles significantly improving our long-term growth roles.
We had another ATS system that didn't provide much functionality. As aforementioned, the ability to post unlimited jobs and get candidates quickly were a big positive for us.
