Overall Satisfaction with JazzHR
JazzHR is our company's ATS. We have two recruiters, including myself, who use it every day and about 40 other managers who use it when they have an open role. We are a small company, about 275 people and this is the first ATS we have ever had. I implemented it soon after I started as the first recruiter. It is easy to use and was adopted quickly.
- Use-friendly interface.
- Automated email replies and templates.
- Advanced resume search functions.
- Reporting - We have to do our time to fill reports manually and can't use the one in the system because it is not accurate.
- Develop a mobile app for easier access to information when away from the computer.
- It has a positive impact on our ability to hire and keep track of applicants.
JazzHR was the most user-friendly and not too robust for our small company. I also liked JazzHR's dashboard and how you can see everything on one screen. The price was also very reasonable for JazzHR where the others were very expensive.
