Overall Satisfaction with JazzHR
We use JazzHR across the whole organization. It is mostly used as a recruiter, and then analytics are pulled from higher ups. We use it to find candidates for our job openings, make notes on candidates, add in our clients, post our job orders from, etc. It is our system for all of our job openings, and it's how we manage all of our job openings and applicants.
- Hiring end to end.

- Easy job postings.
- Wish I could delete templates - some I'll never use again but they always populate, so I need to scroll through more.
- Some times there are too many 'clicks' to get to what I want.
- Automated responses could be done a little differently.
- We have been able to hire many people for our clients, and in turn raise profits.
- Made it easier to track applicants.
- Spend too much time 'documenting' and our superiors want us to document everything.
It is pretty similar to what I have used before. I like JazzHR because they are always trying to make things easier and add new features for us. I love when things can become more seamless, or something becomes easier, so it is nice that JazzHR is always working on that.
