Overall Satisfaction with Jira Work Management

We use Jira to log and organise all tasks and track progress through the To do, In progress, and Review stages, all the way to Done. The organization allows us to break down tasks to be manageable but keep track of the overall progress of the entire project and across multiple projects and teams.

  • Client satisfaction went up due to better in project progress tracking and reporting.
  • Team satisfaction scores went up due to better task definition.
  • Project timelines were often met due to more accurate estimates and realistic plans.
It can be a bit overwhelming, but you do get used to it very quickly. The customisation options mean you can tailor the interface to your needs, ensuring it provides the information you need.
Tight integration with other tools meant that Jira Work Management was the best choice for our organisation.
