Overall Satisfaction with Jira Work Management

In my organisation, we use Jira Work Management to track tasks, manage workloads, and streamline collaboration across the team. It allows me to create and assign tasks to teammates, set priorities, and track progress efficiently. Overall, Jira Work Management helps us stay organised, prioritise work effectively, and improve team collaboration.

If you're not familiar with Atlassian suite, it might be a bit overwhelming at first - however if you're experienced, it is super easy to pick up. That being said, there is still a steep learning curve and arguably overly complex for simple tasks.
My colleague shared it with me as I often collaborate across multiple teams - it stacks up super well as each of those similar products are managed by separate departments. Having another Jira tool under the same roof is extremely beneficial for me, as opposed to having to sign up to something external.

Some useful scenarios would be if you have lots of repetitive tasks that need to be automated, especially across different teams. Otherwise, in my opinion, it wouldn't be most suitable for highly complex software development - Jira Work Management software would be more suitable. Also, work management is slightly too complex if all you're looking for is a simple task manager / to do list. I think Trello would be better for this.
