Used JobDiva as an ATS. My team used it for applicant tracking.

Bullhorn is slow and does not run on any other application other than Internet Explorer, which makes it even slower. It does not harvest resumes from job boards.
I find it way better than Bullhorn and CATS. Unfortunately my new company they still uses Bullhorn.
It is a very good and efficient ATS. It uses all job boards and harvests resumes. It's easy to send a mass email to target a specific audience. We can easily make notes and link candidates to their respective jobs, then set up their interviews and keep notes on calendars. Mass harvesting resumes is sometime a difficult process.
