Overall Satisfaction with JobDiva

JobDiva makes process easier for recruiters and the management. It is cloud based so anybody can use anywhere without installing any softwares. In our company it is used in the Recruitment department.

JobDiva is highly helpful for management, they can see a recruiter activity by every second and every mouse click. They can track entire report of a recruiter with a single mouse click.

JobDiva saves lot of time for recruiters. They don't need to login to Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder etc. All websites are integrated to JobDiva so when we search for a particular job resumes, they will come up from all websites (it will show only one recent resume). On the resume we can write notes and see previous notes. It is synchronized to Microsoft Exchange email so we can see all previous communions with the particular candidate, we can see how many times he applied for our company jobs etc.

It has mapping option, for example, if we need a candidate from banking industry just enter bank and it will show you resumes only from banks like HSBC, Citigroup, Bank of America etc.

  • It has a recent option, for example if you need to search by recent Healthcare experience, you can select a specific time frame and it will show applicants that meet your search criteria.
  • The Boolean search feature is amazing. You do not need to know about AND OR etc. Just enter keywords and it will automatically construct Boolean keywords.
  • Mail merge. You can easily send more than 200 emails at one time so that you can save lot of time.
  • Every resume has notes. So you can view previous notes, write or edit notes like he is not available, his salary is 120k per year, he is US Citizen etc.
  • They should include the option of work authorization like US Citizen, Green Card holder, H1B Visa, Canadian citizen etc
  • It saves recruiters and managers time. If a recruiter wanted to search for a candidate he can use the candidate's email or phone number and can locate him easily.
I used CATS, MaxHire, Smart Recruiters etc. But JobDiva is completely different with several features like mail merge, simple Boolean, mapping, notes, integration of all sites at one place, Microsoft Exchange sync, and allocating requirements. We can see who is working on which position, who are the candidates being submitted for the particular job etc.
All data is saved in JobDiva, so if we lost JobDiva we would lose candidate notes and so many other things. We would waste our time in constructing Boolean keywords; waste time on who is working on what; waste time on report tracking; waste time on a recruiter's entire activity and so many other ways.
It is good for IT Recruitment and selection. The questions that we need to ask are about the financial things like can we maintain all the invoice, billing, salary records in the JobDiva? Can we maintain all employee and consultant salary data? Can we backup the entire JobDiva data and open in other place without JobDiva software usage or support? I mean in the future if we don't like to use JobDiva I need access to all the previous JobDiva data.

Using JobDiva

Its easy to use for me. but a few of my recruiters having difficulty using it. They have problems with mail merge, opting out from mail merge. They are also unable to find other options like applicants, doing some basic settings, sending mail merge again and again for the same job, avoiding sending emails to uninterested candidates etc.
