Overall Satisfaction with JobDiva
JobDiva is a wonderful tool that we use to track all of our candidates and clients. This tool is required by my organization for everyone to be able to use. JobDiva helps us to make sure we do not lose contact with any of our candidates or clients. There are wonderful reminder tools and emailing capabilities that really help us drive the number of successful placements with our clients.
- We can contact many individuals at once by doing email blasts. The more people you contact the better chances of finding that one needle in a haystack.
- There is a wonderful billing feature that can help you keep your numbers on track. Accounting can be difficult, but with the right tools it can be much more simple.
- JobDiva is easily accessible via a mobile device which is also a HUGE plus. This is the era of technology. Everything must be accessible at my fingertips.
- I wish I could put a candidate's desired salary or hourly rate. For some reason the hourly rate seems to have disappeared.
- I wish there was a drag and drop feature for adding documents. We collect about 10 docs from each candidate and this would be very helpful.
- I would love to be able to send my clients their invoice from JobDiva. This may be a feature that is already there, but I have not seen it.
- JobDiva has helped us to hire over 400 individuals this year.
- We were able to take a new order and through email blasts be able to get qualified candidates within minutes.
- Our employees are able to work from out of the office due to the mobile access.
Bullhorn does not even come close to JobDiva. We had so many issues with Bullhorn it was impossible to do business with them. We even got the top C level [contact] involved to no avail. If you forgot your password, there was a link to reset that never worked. When we asked the C level [contact], they stated "it's not our top priority." 2 years later... it still was not fixed. Customer service seems to be last on Bullhorn.s list where JobDiva makes it #1!!! Go JOBDIVA!
