Overall Satisfaction with JobDiva
JobDiva is used by all the Intelliswift employees. It is the only portal which is being used by this firm as it is more efficient and convenient.
- Good database in JobDiva means good amount of resumes in a single place.
- It is a total tracker for the full cycle of recruitment.
- Gives a good view and feel.
- The UI needs to be improved.
- Fetching of resume from portal is bit slow - this should be worked on.
- Email merge facility needs to be worked on.
- It is convenient.
- Rates could be improved.
- Sometimes Dice works better.
Dice is a standalone job search firm whereas JobDiva is an ATS that pulls and collects a huge database, which is beneficial for any organization using it.
