Overall Satisfaction with JobDiva
It is very easy to use for everyone in our firm. For anyone working as a technical recruiter or bench sales recruiter JobDIva is the best supported website for maintaining the candidates profiles as database, maintain our contacts, sending email merges to the candidates, posting new Jobs on the different portals, viewing all the records etc. JobDiva minimizes the work for every individual in the firm. It has a great user interface and a fast responsive website. We can view the reports of each member and completely track user actions. Each team member can improve their own performance by using reports. I have improved a lot to keep track of my reports and work smartly by using JobDiva. And finally my suggestion is while using Talent Search , the number of years of experience is not displaying in the results.

- We can maintain the candidate notes and a complete history of the candidate.

- Unable to filter on number of years of experience of the particular candidates
- While using Talent Search it is displaying all the results like City, State ...etc , but if it were possible to add no. of years of experience it would be very helpful for us
- While using Talent Search sometimes (mostly 5-10% ) it gives some inappropriate results . If you can improve the searching algorithm in terms of job title it could be very helpful.
