- Gives us exact profiles based on keywords
- Mass mailing- We can send to so many consultants in one time it will be helpful to save our time
- Performance Analysis and team Targets
- Unable to find profile based on job title. If we search with job title it will not give results
- Unable to mention years of experience, Visa Status, etc.
- Mass mailing can be done only once for one role
- No negative impact
