Overall Satisfaction with JobDiva

We use JobDiva to save to our internal database, to reach targets, allocations, analysis, mass mailings, etc.,

The whole organization will use Job diva.

It addresses individual performance, groups, weekly targets, placements.
  • Gives us exact profiles based on keywords
  • Mass mailing- We can send to so many consultants in one time it will be helpful to save our time
  • Performance Analysis and team Targets
  • Unable to find profile based on job title. If we search with job title it will not give results
  • Unable to mention years of experience, Visa Status, etc.
  • Mass mailing can be done only once for one role
  • No negative impact
We selected Job diva for tracking, performance analysis, evaluation, calendar invitations, sourcing, creation of database.
Dice Open Web, Flexmonster Pivot Table & Charts Component
For sourcing resumes it is well suited. I suggest every staffing organization needs to use Job Diva.
