It is being used across the whole organization. Since we are a recruitment and staffing organization, it helps to keep a good record of the people and it helps each other (recruiters) to see the notes and saves time.

- Change the look or color as over the years looking at same get up is sometimes boring
- When you email merge for the same role, I understand that it does not send email for the same requirement. But a message should be popped up too saying that these people are new and these will receive emails where as x number of people would not get email as someone emailed them already for same role. When all recruiters work on similar requirements, these details will help.
- Well from a recruitment perspective, this helps to email merge which saves time and it helps with reporting and monitoring which is good for any organization using it
Most of the recruitment firms I worked with had invested in it so I have used it.
