Overall Satisfaction with JobDiva
We use JobDiva for: Finding candidates, keeping track of clients, hotlists, as well as staying organized with our network.

- Hotlisting is my favorite tool to use as well as being able to search within it.
- Running the last attempts keeps me organized as well as giving the opportunity to be persistent.
- The search tool itself allows me to build a stronger/wider boolean string by hitting a larger resume selection.
- I've been recently having issues where I pull JobDiva up on more than one tab and I'll have to completely start fresh on my boolean strings or my search in general.
- Haven't been with the company long enough to see anything negative happen.
- Positive again allowing me to do quick/efficient searches.
ICS has used JobDiva long before I stepped into the company. Bullhorn was a database that the company and its employees built with resumes they personally put in- it was sloppy and notes were not accurate.
