We use JobDiva to source and manage candidates. We haven't faced any problems with it yet.

Rather than adding zip codes, there should be an option for adding cities to filter candidates.

Because they have many options other than just sourcing candidates.

It's suited to source basic candidates, but when you want specific candidates it becomes difficult and is less appropriate.
