Overall Satisfaction with Jobma

We used Jobma to screen candidates. We were hiring for an Account manager and this was a great way to see people's personalities and presentation skills before we brought them into the office. I really liked how much better this was at the initial stages of the interview process than a simple phone call. It also saved me a lot of time since didn't have to call a bunch of people.
  • Very easy to share a candidate's interview with other people in your team.
  • It was pretty easy for the candidates too. We didn't get any complaints.
  • Remove the scheduling part from the process completely. Real time saver,
  • Sometimes, I had problems playing videos on my mobile browser. Refreshing it would fix it though.
  • Being able to share interviews is really useful.
  • Most of our candidates used mobile phones for their interviews and their app works great for that.
  • They also have live support in case someone doing the interview needs help.
  • It sped up our hiring noticeably.
  • Also fixed a lot of our initial scheduling problems by trying to set up a phone call where both the candidate and I had time to talk.
  • Sharing interview videos encourages us to work together.
  • Zoom
Zoom is very nice but it doesn't do recorded interviews. We needed something where a candidate could record a video of them answering our questions without us being on the video call with them. For that Jobma was the viable option.

It worked great for us. I would highly recommend it if you want to remove phone conversations from the initial screening process. I don't think it would be useful if you only screen a few candidates cause I think their pricing is a flat rate annual fee. So if your hiring is very limited, I think this might not make sense for you.
