Overall Satisfaction with Jobvite
We are using Jobvite for ATS and onboarding across our whole organization.
Pros
- Workflow--super easy to set up and maintain.
- Candidate experience--it is a smooth, professional experience for candidates. The text feature makes it feel personal.
- Onboarding experience--use of tasks makes the onboarding experience easy to administer, and easy for new hires.
Cons
- Custom fields--custom fields do not follow the candidate from hire to onboarding. This is problematic because we then have to recreate on the onboarding side to then import into our HRIS.
- Onboarding picklists are time-consuming to populate. We have to enter options one at a time, rather than being able to do an import. Also, field mapping on Hire is a lot easier than having to set up tags on option sets in onboarding.
- Jobvite increased the completion-of-application rate by about 30 percent within the first week of using it. That is a huge deal for us.
- Time spent by recruiters on sourcing, tracking, and scheduling applicants has decreased.
- Time spent by recruiters/hr on the onboarding of new hires has decreased.
