Overall Satisfaction with Jobvite
We implemented Jobvite to provide better visibility and metrics into our recruiting process. In addition, we added texting and video capabilities to increase candidate communications. We also love the scheduler and analytics. Jobvite also broadened our exposure to internal staff and allowed them to easily share our jobs on their social media. The requisition and offer management has allowed us to streamline the process significantly. We are also enjoying the flexibility of onboarding for remote staff.

- Incorporating real-time video interview links (like RingCentral) into the scheduling without cutting and pasting
- Ability to send ad hoc candidate forms
- Ability to set permissions based on data components (like locations or department)
- Ability to have different internal vs external application processes/forms (also, the ability to forward application forms to candidates that come in through other means--like referred by a friend, added candidate, etc.)
- Ability to customize the in-app apply form from within Jobvite (vs the career site apply page)
- Significant time saved in onboarding
- Video interviewing has reduced screening time and improved time to hire
