Overall Satisfaction with Jobvite
We use Jobvite as our applicant tracking system across the organization. It is also used as our career site to list current opportunities for applicants.
Pros
- Easy application process for applicants.
- Easy to move candidates through interview process.
- Tracks all communication with candidates so team members can also view messages.
Cons
- Prescheduling drip-communications for automatic follow ups on interview requests.
- easier customized reports.
- Job alerts are location specific and cannot be used by multiple locations in one region.
- Can quickly move candidates through hiring process.
- Easy to manage communications across teams in multiple locations.
- Able to source previous candidates that applied from our pipeline, but have not figured out how to create pipeline groups of candidates.
I used ADP VirtualEdge and ADP Recruitment Manager as well as Workday at a past company. Jobvite has features I prefer such as being able to source resumes from our own database more easily and I love the self-scheduling feature for setting up interviews, it's a big time saver for me. I find the reporting and back end of the system more difficult to manage with Jobvite.
