Overall Satisfaction with Join.me
Our organization was using Join.me for our conference calls with clients and within the organization between employees. It was being used to address the business problems of communications and developing client intimacy. Unfortunately, due to our frustrations with the product and finding a better product, we cancelled our subscription with Join.me.
- Easily recognizable by clients
- Easy to share meeting code
- Can create a free account to demo
- Audio quality
- Video quality
- Being able to record and edit audio and video easily
- Positive: Generate customer intimacy.
- Positive: Simplify things for our clients and help them with software issues by being able to share screen.
- Positive: Facilitated communication across employees who were based in different locations.
- Zoom
We had originally selected Join.me because it is well-known and accepted. However, we ended up switching to Zoom in mid-2018 because we realized their features were a lot stronger for what were looking to do (particularly, hosting large-scale webinars with better video and audio quality). In addition, we much prefer the user interface for recording with Zoom.
