Overall Satisfaction with JotForm

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

Our organization has been using Jotform for more than 10 years. During this time, we have conducted more than 40 large and small surveys and studies. In addition, on the basis of this service, we have implemented solutions for online games, quizzes, and quests. We like that Jotform is constantly evolving and opening up new features, integrations, and widgets.

Pros and Cons

Pros

Modern design of card forms
A lot of integrations with payment systems and other services
Intuitive interface and ease of use - even an untrained person will be able to quickly understand the work of the service and start making high-quality surveys

Cons

The interface and design of forms that fit on the same page have not been updated for a long time. I would like it to become as modern as the card form
In the card form, there is very little opportunity to place a question and an illustration to it on the card at the same time

Return on Investment

We are a non-profit organization and do not pursue business goals. However, I can say that compared to other services, Jotform represents an almost perfect price-quality ratio

When choosing a survey service, we analyzed the capabilities of Google, Yandex, as well as the popular SurveyMonkey service

Usability

As I wrote above, this service has a very simple and user-friendly interface, intuitive even for a layman. The command panel is well organized, the entire service system has a clear and logical structure. Jotform has a lot of good tools for analyzing and processing the received responses, creating beautiful modern reports.

Support Rating

The support service works quite well, but due to the time difference with Russia, sometimes you have to wait a long time for answers.

Likelihood to Recommend

Jotform is well suited for small, quick surveys. At the same time, for 2 years in a row, our organization has been using it to conduct a large study of the life of the youth of Yaroslavl. The questionnaire, which works on Jotform, has a complex logic and over 120 questions. The service copes with the task perfectly and has not let us down yet.

It's also great to know that our support system works well with you. JotForm's support team works 24/7 and our average response time is between 30 minutes to 4 hours depending on the number of questions we get daily. Regarding your concerns, we have not yet updated our default theme but since the classic form can be customized with CSS codes, you can always design your forms in any way you want though it would need CS knowledge to do that. I'm pretty sure you already know this CSS inject feature. Card form is generally designed for a single element per page but with the Multi-line Question, you can add multiple form fields into a single card. Jotform is a great solution for a small non-profit organization!
