Overall Satisfaction with JotForm
Our organization has been using Jotform for more than 10 years. During this time, we have conducted more than 40 large and small surveys and studies. In addition, on the basis of this service, we have implemented solutions for online games, quizzes, and quests. We like that Jotform is constantly evolving and opening up new features, integrations, and widgets.
- Modern design of card forms
- A lot of integrations with payment systems and other services
- Intuitive interface and ease of use - even an untrained person will be able to quickly understand the work of the service and start making high-quality surveys
- The interface and design of forms that fit on the same page have not been updated for a long time. I would like it to become as modern as the card form
- In the card form, there is very little opportunity to place a question and an illustration to it on the card at the same time
- We are a non-profit organization and do not pursue business goals. However, I can say that compared to other services, Jotform represents an almost perfect price-quality ratio
