We use Jotform for daily inspections for our company fleet vehicles and weekly tool inventory. We have a team spread throughout the state and we weren't able to collect paperwork from them easily before. With Jotform, we are able to collect data we need immediately and efficiently, and without the paper being wasted! We can easily download the forms and save them for future reference, instead of having to store stacks of paperwork.

Jotform outperforms competitors such as SurveyMonkey both in design options, versatility, and ease of use. Jotform allows for more options, both in the front and back ends of the platform and allows for more advanced analytics and analysis of incoming data. I selected Jotform over other options because we were able to start off with testing the forms for free, and fell in love with the options and usefulness of Jotform. It takes no time at all to learn and create new content as compared to other products in the industry.
