Overall Satisfaction with Jotform
I have created two forms so far -- one for prospects, to qualify them for a call, and one for clients, to customize their experience at an event my company is hosting for them. My next form will be an application for sales professionals wanting to work with my company.
- I love the ability Jotform gives me to customize the forms with my brand colors, as well as the overall format and different question types.
- My favorite feature is the built-in conditional logic which allows me to change the thank you page based on answers given.
- The Jotform interface is user-friendly and well-organized, and I love the form analytics and different "print form" options.
- Jotform is a great product, and I honestly have no complaints!
- I wish it was easier to change from "sign in with Google" to "sign in with an email" once you've made that initial choice.
- Jotform saves me at least 30 hours per month by automating the redirection of unqualified applicants, based on their survey answers.
