Overall Satisfaction with Jotform

It is great and can be free. Much better than other solutions we've looked at, including expensive premium options.

  • It has reduced the need for a remote 4G system reducing costs.
It is better then Google Forms for offline usability but ease of design and use is slightly more difficult with Jotform.

It has a bit of a learning curve but is relatively intuitive.
Not had to use anything other than forums and initial onboarding but all was very good.
We use Jotform for offline kiosk surveying of customers at events for feedback and lead acquisition. It's a little fiddly to make sure everything works offline, but when it's set up it works great and I can't recommend it highly enough. As it can be used offline it is great for places where wifi is not available, as is the case in some exhibition halls.
