Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use Jotform to provide quotes for our customers quickly without any errors, downtimes, and ease of building. It has helped us grow without the struggle of making a form from scratch. Jotform also has multiple plan options which made it easy for us to pick what exactly we need. On top of the plans, they have a free version that is the same as paid, just less limited, making it perfect if you don't expect to have many. We have also tried many other form websites but all others failed to provide what Jotform offers.

Alternatives Considered

Zoho Forms and HubSpot CRM

Jotform did far better than these two other options in a few ways. Firstly, Zoho while being cheaper, it didn't offer as much and was very buggy and had errors. HubSpot worked well but the price for the plans is very high for the amount I needed leaving Jotform, good pricing for what I needed, and the reliability.

Firstly Jotform is perfect for large businesses that need reliability in form collection. Jotform is also perfect for small businesses or individuals that don't operate on a large scale as Jotform has multiple plan options. Jotform is great for people who want it easy to make a form collection system but still quality. On the other hand, Jotform isn't as personalized as it could be, making choosing it over making a system yourself difficult. But compared to other form systems out there, Jotform is by far the best.
