Overall Satisfaction with Jotform
I recently started using Jotform and got away from survey monkey mostly for the many features Jotform offers. We use it mostly for surveys in the community and it is by far the easiest to create, the best for collecting data and the best feature is the free option, but even if you have to upgrade to a price plan, they are so cheap its well worth it.
- Easy to Create forms/ surveys
- Best free and price plans are cheap
- Love the QR code option it provides
- Adding images or logos to your forms
- Explaining what the add-on options are before adding them on form
- Nothing else really comes to mind that needs changed
- We don't spend so much time with paper surveys and trying to combine the data from these.
- Jotform does all the backend work for you as far as making graphs or collecting responses.
- The different options you have for data collected is amazing.
Jotform has so many more features to choose from when creating a form or survey and the way you get your data is unbeatable as far as it collecting it and putting it together to have and discuss the submissions. The basic free option is also better. You get way more submissions for free then with survey monkey.

1 - Just basic computer skills are a must for anything today, but Jotform is so easy to use, even if you've never used a platform like this before, it makes it so easy to understand and you can create a form in no time.

Evaluating Jotform and Competitors
Yes - Survey monkey, the free option gave you 10 times more than the free submissions with Jotform and the price option was cheaper. There are more features that are easy to use on Jotform then on survey monkey. And you can upgrade to HIPPA compliant.

I don't have much time to research and figure out things when asked to create a form or survey, I needed something that was easy to create, easy to use, and easy to share and Jotform fit the bill.
