Overall Satisfaction with Jotform

In my case Jotform made possible to create a form in order to book an appointment with my surgical practice and pre authorize with the help of Stripe API 65% of the amount of the consultation price. In this way I reduced greatly the case of no-show selecting the patients really interested

It has the possibility of being included in your website and you can also send the link with whatsapp or other messaging app you use
API integration is smooth and possibility of customization are really really complete. Above all also the final user does not have problem in using the form
