Overall Satisfaction with Jotform

My organization use Jotform as a registration form, at first we used it just like the submissions storage and we use the data users input to create website landing page manually but now we use it as a real-time registration portal like after users submit the form they can get link for their landing page immediately. We use integration feature of Jotform integrate with our database and frontend to create the landing page. It helps reduce human errors from copy and paste data from Jotform to create page and reduce time consumption.

Pros

  • Form interface customization
  • Thank you page that can display what users input
  • Integration with external tools

Cons

  • Jotform server availability (sometime i found Jotform is unavailable)
  • Form interface customization that allow more custom
  • Form submissions bulk upload
  • It helps my team create the landing page faster from avg 30 minutes to 1-2 minutes
Sometimes I found unavailability of Jotform and there's still room of improvement as I mentioned before.
